Beginning care is simple, here are the steps:

Just book an appointment through our online booking portal for an initial exam or email us: hello@themacollective.com. If you still have a few questions before booking, schedule a discovery call with Dr. Katharine.

Your first visit will consist of a personalized consultation with Katharine, a spinal-neural examination and a Network Spinal entrainment. We will then schedule a second report of findings visit to see how your system integrated following the initial visit and, if appropriate, create a care plan to support your wellbeing.

What are the fees?

The initial exam and report of findings visit is $150.

Following this visit, the entrainment fee varies based upon different available packages, the various options will be explained on the second visit.

After the initial visit, if continued care is recommended, we schedule a follow-up report of findings, where we create a care plan to support your wellness goals.

If continued care is recommended we will create a care plan to support your wellness goals on your report of findings visit.  For individuals that are new to this type of work, we typically recommend a commitment to receiving this work 1 - 2 times/week in the beginning of care. We do this in order to help your nervous system establish a new baseline and build the neurological momentum that is possible with this way of working.
