The first image is an ultrasound image of a baby in utero in what is considered a healthy and normal fetal position. The second image is an ultrasound image of Dr. Stephanie Bridwell’s child in utero. You will notice the spinal position and posture is completely different in the second photo, this spine is open, flexible and adaptable, in comparison to closed, rounded, protected.

Dr. Stephanie is a Network Chiropractor and had regular spinal care before and throughout her pregnancy. The spinal motor tracks laid down during pregnancy determine the neural foundation and framework for a baby’s life.

The evolution of the nervous system seen in these pictures is the same journey which takes place in children and adults as their spinal cords unwind and nervous systems heal with spinal care.
